Physical pain in the body is always a manifestation of emotional issues. The subconscious always wants to help and guide you in any way it can. It often sends easy messages to you, but we can miss them. Pain then becomes a logical way for the subconscious uses to get your attention. Often it’s not until we are in severe pain do we actually start paying attention to the issue.

My big wake-up call from my subconscious came 3 years ago. My only escape from the stress I was feeling was to jog. I would pound the pavement every day for at least an hour, rain or shine. One day my right foot collapsed – I couldn’t walk no mind say jogging. At the time I was beyond devastated- but oh my oh so clever S.C. – take away the one thing that was keeping me ” sane”. I had no choice but to start the long and painful journey of looking inward. It was time to discover, what I was running from and start skipping toward where I should be going

We need not always fear pain, but embrace it as a loving gift from our higher selves. Once you know why you are experiencing pain, the body can release it leading to physical healing. This is the basis of QHHT. Once in the deep trance, we can ask S.C. what the pain is – it could be emotional karmi or generation. Where appropriate the S.C. can offer full relief and healing of the pain – AMAZING!!!

What is a past life regression

Past life regression is a therapeutic technique that involves guiding an individual into a relaxed and hypnotic state to explore and recall memories from what is believed to be their past lives. This practice is often associated with certain spiritual or metaphysical beliefs, including the idea of reincarnation and QHHT.

During a past life regression session, we use hypnosis to help the individual access their subconscious mind. The person under hypnosis is encouraged to recall memories and experiences from what may be past lives. These memories can include details about different periods, locations, relationships, and events.

The purpose of past life regression is often to gain insights into current life challenges, and relationships, or to explore unresolved issues that may have originated in past lives.

LOVE. That is always the main message of every QHHT session that I have done. It is all there is. When the S.C. is present it always leaves a partying message that the client is not alone and that they are truly loved. They always receive messages of hope and inspiration. I am always in complete awe of the power of the subconscious. Every time it comes through, I can feel the absolute connection and love in the room.
